• Customize / personalized orders are processed within 3-7 working days.

• Other orders are processed within 2-3 working days

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• During high order volumes, processing might take a little longer, but don’t worry—we’ll keep you updated if there are any significant delays.

Free Shipping

Australia, Canada, United States

• Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $100AUD for above countries. For orders under $100AUD, a flat shipping rate of $10AUD will apply.

Other Countries

Tracking Your Order

You can easily track your order! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Unique Pet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If your package says it was delivered but you can’t find it, please contact your local postal service.
