Excluding the items above, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please contact us first at contact@uniquepet.com.au before sending anything back.
Return & Exchange Conditions:
- All return items must include original packaging, tags, and must be in brand new condition.
- All returns must include a return form, which can be obtained by contacting our customer service team.
- Returns must be made within 24 hours from the receipt of the item,.
- Items that have been used, altered, washed or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.
General Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request and receive a return form.
- Fill out the return form and include it with your return package.
- Pack the item securely, and include any accessories, tags, and original packaging.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Return Charge:
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to returns or exchanges, unless the item received was damaged or defective.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within fourteen (14) business days. The time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Order Cancellations:
- We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
Product Damage:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide a return label and instructions on how to return the item.
